RECIPE: Tofu Lasagna Filling (ricotta Substitute)

This was perfect. I used it in my favorite lasagna recipe and didn't notice any difference. I used soft tofu, in a blender and I thought the texture was pretty good, but I think next time I will try medium to try and get a slightly closer match...

This is awesome!!! We loved it! We fried the tofu-for cruch and warmth and used snap peas instead of carrots (just a preference). It turned out great! Next time I will add more spice just because I like things really spicy but otherwise this...
