RECIPE: Chicken Tortilla Soup II

Awesome soup! Followed the recipe as it is written, with the exception of using cheddar cheese since that is what I had on hand. I am not usually a fan of tortilla soup - but this was great!

RECIPE: Canadian Cheese Soup from Hudson's

Wow! What a winner! This soup was fantastic! I made it exactly as written, serving it with pumpernickle croutons at the table. Instead of working to finely dice the veggies, I just shredded them on my box grater. Worked great!
