RECIPE: Marinated Grilled Cape Cod Flank Steak

I had family coming to visit so made this in the morning and grilled it for us for dinner. I added the green onion option. We all loved this marinade!!! Delicious!!! Will definitely be making this one again. Thanks Oolala for posting!!!!
