RECIPE: Aubergine or eggplant salad

This tasted absolutely fantastic! It has a perfect Lebanese flavor that would pair with many middle eastern and mediterranean foods. I served this with Elmotoo's (Za'atar Tomatoes) . Along with an entree, these two sides will wrap up a meal....

RECIPE: Buffet-Style Fluffy Oven Scrambled Eggs for a Crowd

These eggs were wonderful, including as leftovers (we had a few). I forgot to add the cheese, and will do so and possibly experiment with other ingredients (e.g., green chilies, black olives, etc.). Thanks Kittencal!
