Feel a bit stupid asking this question but now that I have an electric oven (prefer Gas!!!) I find myself using cooking parchment more often - especially for biscuits. What side should touch the batter : dull or shiny???Appreciate your help. Liz

RECIPE: Chicken Blue Cheese Salad With Grapes and Walnuts
This is yummy. I used pecans because i did not have walnuts. Also used left over barbequed chicken which added good flavor. Good recipe.
