RECIPE: Smoked Sausage, Apples and Sauerkraut

Delish and so easy. My DH and I ate all of it. I cooked it with the lid on for about an hour. I threw some caraway seeds in at the end b/c I thought I did not have any. I definitely think the caraway seeds enhanced the flavor. I love sauerkraut...
