RECIPE: Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Amazing. I made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving and it was just dangerously delicious. If you're pressed for time it's even good without the cream topping. Be sure to let it set a day before cutting! It takes a fairly long while to set up.
