Feel a bit stupid asking this question but now that I have an electric oven (prefer Gas!!!) I find myself using cooking parchment more often - especially for biscuits. What side should touch the batter : dull or shiny???Appreciate your help. Liz

RECIPE: Mexican Chef Salad
Delicious! This is a great Mexican salad. It is great for a quick weeknight meal. I love all the ingredients in this one and the dressing is outstanding - such wonderful flavor. Thanks for sharing.

RECIPE: Roasted Beet Salad With Horseradish Cream Dressing
This was great! My horseradish was getting old and I think may have lost some of its kick so I added quite a bit more than the recipe called for, tasting after each addition. Approximately 3 tablespoons all together. It was delicious! Can't wait...

RECIPE: Pizza Style Tossed Salad
Delicious! I never think to add pepperoni and cheese to my salads but it was so good combined with the croutons and Italian dressing.
