RECIPE: Glazed Asparagus & Carrots With Pecans

This is a great combo of flavors. I used baby carrots. I think I had the heat too high, since the sauce thickened up too fast and was lumpy, but tasty!

RECIPE: Irish Colcannon (Winter Vegetable Casserole)

YUMMY! I'm from Ireland, and I loved this recipe. Traditional colcannon is simply potato, cabbage, milk, butter, salt and pepper (it is a simple, easy, staple meal for some people here). This version gives it an interesting twist, lovely taste....

RECIPE: Perfect Oatmeal

This was really nice oatmeal! I love steel cut oatmeal! We put maple syrup in it, added some chopped peacons and used soy milk instead of whole. Thanks!
