So I'm curious, I have no recipe yet but I'm wondering what would happen if you made anything using both saffron and truffle oil or just truffles. Both are strong unique flavours, would they blend well or would it be a waste?
I was thinking some sort of pasta dish, maybe a saffron...

RECIPE: Bell's Poultry/Stuffing Seasoning
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I don't use poultry seasoning but I was making Mom's Best Stuffing, and it called for it so I hopped on 'zaar and looked for a poultry seasoning that looked yummy. This one fit the bill and boy did it deliver! Thank you!!

RECIPE: Apple Spiced Tea Brine
Made for Thanksgiving, rave reviews all around. Very easy to put together, I brined my 18lb turkey in a Ziploc big bag(xl) worked perfectly, then stored in a ice chest fill with ice. Ready to go the next day. Very moist with a delicate flavor....
