RECIPE: Honey Brined Herb Roasted Turkey

Could not believe what a big difference brining made for a Turkey, especially the white meat, which can be a bit on the dry side sometimes. My family and guests all agreed that this turkey was definitely more juicy this way. Linda D- Paramus, NJ

RECIPE: Simple Shortbread Cookies

I just used this recipe in a primary school cooking class. It was a smashing success. If you have a problem with it being too dry (which can happen after rolling out a few times) just add a tiny bit of water and it'll be the perfect consistency....
