Spinach and Oyster/Clam Dip

I've had this recipe for years and only recently tried it. The consistency was great and prep was easy. I'm not a big fan of oysters as they gave it a strong pungent flavor-great for oyster fans, though. I have not tried it with minced clams... MORE»

RECIPE: Greek Salad Dressing

Very good. Can't wait to see if it improves with a little bit of age. Of course, we just may not find out this time around! I only made 1/2 the recipe, and ended up using 1/2 c. raw cider vinegar, 1/6 c. red wine, and added 1/2 tsp. cane juice...

Too much red pepper flakes for me, but my son loved it! Very creamy and smooth...I only used half the milk, to keep it fairly thick. Definite Mexican flavor from the cumin.
