RECIPE: Korean-style Broiled Tofu

Loved this! I must admit to adding lots of dried chilies due to a psychotic obsession with spice, but ... hey - the base recipe and the techniques made for a tasty dish. My boyfriend and I were both surprised at how good this was!

RECIPE: Rescued Turkey Stock

I can't believe I haven't rated this one..as I use this recipe everytime I roast a turkey. I cringe when I hear that people discard the carcass...if they tried this - I am willing to bet they won't ever again. Thanks!!
