quote Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've never brined a turkey before and was really looking forward to trying it this year. However, someone just gave me a turkey on which it says, "Flavor and moistness enhanced by injection up to
5 1/2% solution". Does this mean I should not brine it? quote

Wow! This was delicious! It was such a great change of pace to have the stew meat instead of the same old ground beef. I did have to add about 3 times as much chili powder for my chili loving DH, but the rest is the same. Even picky DH loved this!...
