Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've never brined a turkey before and was really looking forward to trying it this year. However, someone just gave me a turkey on which it says, "Flavor and moistness enhanced by injection up to

Made this with chicken legs. I skipped the step of frying 1st, and only baked them in the oven. Wonderful!! Moist and delish!! I didn't even need a dipping sauce. A keeper!! Thanks for posting.

I was surprised that my picky eaters liked this. I used boneless skinless breasts and pounded them a little thinner with a meat mallet. Then I followed the rest of the recipe. I will make this again.
