RECIPE: West African Beans

I enjoyed this, it was easy to make and had good consistency and flavor. I only used 1 cup of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil.

I will rate this 5 stars as mmmm I loved it!! As with a couple of the other reviewers I ate rice with it...I found there to be a delicious blend of flavors! My DH however did not enjoy this at ALL (I suppose 2.5 stars would be a more appropriate...
