Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've never brined a turkey before and was really looking forward to trying it this year. However, someone just gave me a turkey on which it says, "Flavor and moistness enhanced by injection up to

RECIPE: Slow Cooker (Crock Pot) Oxtail Barley Soup
wow! Great taste. The only change I made was to coat oxtails in flour and brown them on all sides before putting them in the crockpot. A definite keeper!
