RECIPE: Prudhomme's Cajun Cauliflower in Garlic Sauce
I liked this but used less (1 tbsp.) dried cilantro which doesn't even taste like cilantro! It was good but I have a feeling that the fresh cilantro would really make it great. I also added some salt because my cajun seasoning is salt-free....

RECIPE: Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
Made this when DH was outta town (he doesn't like white sauces and pasta--I LOVE THEM). The smell alone of the cajun-coated chicken saute-ing in butter is enough for me to make this again. I went with 2 c. cream b/c I wanted plenty of sauce....
