RECIPE: Chickpeas With Spinach (Greek)
My kids like this...I didn't use tomatoes because someone in our house can't eat them, and it was still really good. I used fresh spinach (just because I had some), but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Thanks!

RECIPE: Low Fat Kidney Bean Sweet Potato Burrito (Vegetarian Too!)
These were very, very good. I some how ended up with a lot of leftover filling so I just threw it in the freezer. The only change we will make, when we have it again, is to add more heat to the mixture, as 2 teaspoons just aren't enough for us....
