RECIPE: Barefoot Contessa's Oven Roasted Bacon
This is the first time I have cooked bacon in the oven. It was great and I will be using this method from now on. I didn't use parchment paper because I was using my pampered chef stoneware pan for the first time and I wanted to season it.
