My DH and I live in the Phoenix, AZ area. We have five children ages 19,15,11, and 9 yr old twins. They keep us busy! I LOVE to cook and find it a lot of fun and very relaxing. I have an extensive cookbook collection and enjoy reading them. My DH says I am a cookbook addict! I have to agree. I have recently become a forum host for the Cooking on a Budget: OAMC, Make ahead, freezing and more forum. I am so lucky to be co-hosting with Tish and Pamela. These ladies know what they are doing! I am so happy to be able to help out on a subject that I love to talk about. I try to convert as many as I can to the OAMC way of life!

Favorite Foods:

I LOVE mexican food. It has to be my all time favorite. Luckily I live in a great part of the country with lots of GREAT mexican food. My new favorite restaurant is Roys. Wonderful seafood!
