Jenny Morris - AKA The Giggling Gourmet * - is one of SA's most-loved food personalities she is an author, magazine writer, radio and TV presenter, celebrity chef, teacher, caterer and culinary tour guide to Morroco, China and takes people from all over the world on her trips, she has had an ongoing love affair with food since she was a child. I grow a lot of my own fresh herbs and vegetables and fruit and have a wonderful cooking studiowhere I teach and run Corporate team builing.
I love Asian cisine and cook it a lot, it is fresh and easy and healthy. I have developed my own range of herbs, spices and sauces. I do a lot of recipe development for produces and cook at food shows, I like to inform entertainingly and entertain informativly.

Jenny lives with her family in Cape Town South Africa, she is in bussiness with her husband David who managers her Spices, books and appearances.

I will try anything - love fresh ingredients. fresh, ripe and juicy, figs are my favorite fruit, especially if they have ripened on the tree, if the birds don't get them first that is! I am passionate about this sensual biblical fruit, just love figs!
