Hi everyone!.....
Well to start, I live in Canada and have two totally spoiled cats named Jazzdoll and Sammy, on September 18/07 I had to say goodbye to my beloved poodle Brandy we had him for 16-1/2 years--- the photo up above are my two sleeping kitties when they were just babies, they are now grown up but big Sammy still sleeps in that same position, too funny! ---
I have been an active member on Recipezaar since /03 at which time I have met many wonderful people, many of whom I have the pleasure of calling friends...

I work as a recipe developer and I am also currently working on writing a cookbook!

Cooking, baking, making homemade bread and developing new recipes has always been a passion of mine and I enjoy doing it everday ---
During my time as a member of this site I have posted many of my favorite recipes for everyone here to enjoy, some recipes going back over 30 years and all of the recipes I post here on the site have been made and tested by me first ......

Favorite Foods:

.... Since I am Greek-born Greek food is high on my list, I also love Mexican, Asian and Mediterrenean style dishes, recipes with tons of flavor, we also love to barbecue in the summer time and do so often weather permitting, we love to entertain on the weekend with friends....
I'm not fussy and will try just about any food!
