about me

i was born with anosmia which means that i do not have the ability to smell. This affects my sence of taste however it does not affect my ability to appreciate quality foods! I love to cook! I am 19, and a mechanical engineering/mathematical student at SIUE. Cooking is just a hobby. (to the men out there... women LOVE IT!)

Favorite Foods:

firstly, I am a pizza fanatic. chew, yum, chew, yum, Gobble, Swallow! Repeat. tortilla soup from Casa Guiardo, Malt in my milkshake, Chili, ice cream cake! I am an acredited Beer and BBQ man! Cook the food with beer, drink beer while cooking it!
