about me

My fiance and I live in Raleigh, NC. After many years of school and graduate school, I've decided to leave my first career path to follow my passion...food! I'm working on getting all of my certificates (and a little training in business management) so I can open my own catering company. I've loved cooking from the moment I moved out on my own and got to experiment. I don't feel satisfied if I haven't tried making a new dish every week. And my darling fiance absolutely loves being my guinea pig for new recipes, so it works out great.

Favorite Foods:

I love all foods. It would be much easier for me to tell you what I don't like, (turnip greens and scallops). Otherwise I will always try something new, and I may not love it, but I will probably try it again to make sure it wasn't just a fluke.
