I'm a 33 year old stay-at-home-mom, who is just learning to love cooking! My free time revolves around enjoying life with my kids and wonderful family. If I had a month off from my responsibilities, I would catch up on sleep on some warm island somewhere!! My loves, besides my family and eating, are travel, going to and hosting parties, working out, scuba diving, writing, reading non-fiction, and shopping.

Favorite Foods:

I love to make chicken dishes, and I love casseroles as well. One dish meals are what I make the most, and I absolutely love pasta! My favorite restaurants are Betelnut in San Francisco, and PF Chang's- anywhere.

Favorite Foods: Dill Pickles, Brie & Gorgonzola Cheeses, Buttercream Frosting (I live for bakery cakes w/lots of frosting- especially the corner piece), creamy pastas, my mom's chicken kiev and Filet Mignon w/sauteed mushrooms.
