I've been cooking professionally since 1971.
Right now I'm taking it easy, running a vegetarian/vegan cafe in a college town. Working with a rotation of 30 college students as baristas/ prep cooks/ general help is keeping me young.
My youngest daughter has just gone off to college, and I am sooo enjoying not having to share my husband with anyone. I do sorely miss her, though. Two of my other daughers are still living close by, so I just lean on them a bit more. Daughters are fun to have around!
