I live in Florida. Home to the Jaguars, the sun, and that pesky thing called rain. I love to read and explore new things while cooking.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods? So many and so little time. I love Italian and Japanese the most, but I love chocolate and berries too. I also love love love steak. When I was a kid if I could have it for every meal I would have.

I guess it is easier to tell you what I don't like which is cucumbers, almost any kind of bean or pea, liver, mashed potatoes, and not fond of fries too much either. Yes, I know that is odd, but thats me.
