Cooking, collecting recipe books and tried and true recipes from family and friends,and all the wonderful cooks here at recipezaar, is what I enjoy most. My favorite thing to do is to spend time with friends and family.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is !!POTATOES!! in any form; french fries, potato pancakes, mashed, scalloped, baked, home fries, cheddar cheese and potato perogy, and kluski (potato dumplings). A day without potatoes is a day without sunshine! Other favorites are noodles and pasta dishes, homemade soups of all kinds, cabbage rolls, breaded chicken or pork, macaroni and cheese,and meatloaf. And for dessert anything with apples or chocolate!
