Hi! My name is Kristi, me and my boyfriend had both been vegetarian for 7 months when we decided to become vegan about 6 months ago! I love trying to figure out how to veganize a recipe and using my boyfriend as my guinea pig! I hope to put some of my own recipes up, but for now I'm taking note of as many as I can!
