My family and I stay busy with cub scouts, boy scouts,and volunteering. I was a den leader but my group have now crossed over into Boy Scouts and I am on the PTO, I love to read, watch movies, tv, and cook. Sometimes (when I have time/ha ha) I quilt. I love new recipes and I have a huge collection of cookbooks. My favorite cookbook hands down is the "Kentucky Kitchens" cookbook. It has the best recipes I have ever seen. If you know of a cookbook that is great, please let me know.

I absolutely love animals!! I love my cats and dogs. I could take every cat there is if it were possible, I just love them.

My favorite dish to cook is fried chicken with mashed potatoes, corn, and a tossed salad.

The dishes I am known for are the "Kentucky Derby Pie" and the "Peanut Butter Pie" and a "Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake".

My favorite restaurant Outback Steakhouse. I love my steak!! I can't cook one so I have to go out to get a good one. lol

My favorite meal has to be pot roast with potatoes and carrots.
