I live in Dekalb, IL with my boyfriend of 2 years. We had a baby boy on January 31st of 2008 which has been such a blessing. But I am struggling to lose those last couple pounds of baby weight. I love to cook I feel that is a way to show my man how I appreciate him.

Favorite Foods:

I don't eat red meat. So no beef. But I do cook it for my boyfriend on occasion. I also don't eat any type of seafood...nothing. He does so I try new recipes for him. I only eat chicken and pork. So when a recipe calls for beef I tend to substitute with ground turkey and yes sometimes that can make a difference.
