I love to cook - I live in Dubai in United Arab Emirates. This is a country where burger king delivers to your door- so after two years of non stop fast food deliveries ( it would never happen in Ireland ) I decided its time to get back into cooking again - i can get most ingredients here except pork and wine - as both are considered haram.
