HI!! I live in west Tennessee. I am a deputy sheriff, but am working on changing careers to become an elementary school teacher. I just got married February 22 to Mister right. We make a good match because I like to cook and he likes to eat, haha. For fun, I like to read, run 5K's, bicycle, nature walks, and watch movies.
I don't have a favorite cookbook; I have a collection of recipes that were my mother's, my grandmothers', my father's, and other family members and friends.
I like cooking and trying new recipes. And I like learning to make and cook new things.

Favorite Foods:

I suppose my favorite dishes to cook are desserts and casseroles. I'm "famous" for cakes, cookies, and pies.
My favorite restaurant would probably be the Olive Garden or Red Lobster. I can do pretty good with Italian recipes, but I have a really hard time cooking seafood. I'm a bit intimidated by it.
