Wife and mother of two. Transplanted from CA to AZ and lucky enough to be able to stay home with my kids now. My brilliant, beautiful children are Molly-9 and Jordan-12. They crack me up on a regular basis! They are my best critics.
We have one dog (Rhodesian Ridgeback)named Shiitake who is just adorable! She's a 75lb lap dog!
I now find myself missing work, although I do have plenty of work to do here! Maybe it's the social interaction that I miss, maybe it's just the money!
4/2/05 Update: I went back to work 11/04 and I am loving it. Although, I don't get to spend hardly enough time cooking anymore, and even less time on here!
10/8/08 Update:
Still working, kids are growing fast. We also have a solid black cat now, her name is Ginger, but I call her Miss Kitty. She likes to sleep on my head! She is my alarm clock on the weekends.

Favorite Foods:

I love chicken made just about any way. Beer and chocolate are my biggest downfalls when it comes to diets.
Hubby is a 'meat & potatoes' kind of guy.
Kids aren't very picky, thankfully, and they almost always rave about the dishes I make.
