about me

As many of you know my story by now I have chosen to update my AM page and include a picture of an area in which I live. About 1/2 hour from my home is beautiful Lake Michigan. This is a picture taken near sunset and is one of my favorites. It's a wonderful area in which to live and I feel truly blessed to live in such close proximity to one of the great lakes.
A little about me: I have been married for 30 years and have 3 sons who are healthy and active and the best part is that they keep me in the kitchen which is wonderful for me as a mother. Although they are all in there 20's two still live with us.

I am a school bus driver for 15 years now and also work for our local coffee/cafe. Both jobs I love immensely.


I’ve also given up most meat and mainly eat a diet of fruits/vegetables. I do have a sweet tooth and basically I'd rather bake than cook. That's why I'm just so delighted to have found this website and almost feel like I've found a new addiction. But, a healthy one!!!
