about me

I work from home as owner of a successful startup company and one of favorite ways to relax is in the kitchen cooking with a glass of wine. I love collecting and trying recipes. We have a huge family and one of my favorite things to do is having everyone over for huge family meals - everyone looks forward to the chance to get together and eat way too much. I do a lot of themed gatherings just for fun (example: Father's Day Fajita Fiesta with Fajita's, Queso, Guacamole, Spanish Rice, Beans, homemade tortilla's and margaritas). I'm Italian but I'm a Texas native and I love all kinds of foods from Greek to Mexican.
