I'm a housewife/college student/SAHM. I love to cook, and I'm always looking for simple, quick, and inexpensive recipes that use ingredients that you can buy at a small town grocery store.

In my free time I sell Pampered Chef products, and read books. I also enjoy working on computers, horseback riding, bubble baths, and playing with my son.

Favorite Foods:

I love baking breads...My family are Meat and Bread people...we like potatoes too, but we can't live without our beef and bread!! LOL!

My "famous" dish is a french bread that I've discovered is very versatile in it's uses...I use that dough to make pizza crust, stromboli, dinner rolls, etc., you'd be amazed at how many uses there are for any type of dough.

I also LOVE that shrimp alfredo pasta stuff from Red Lobster...I finally found a recipe that is pretty close on another site, so I make it whenever I get the chance.

I'm one of those cooks that "eyeballs" everything...I never measure unless I'm baking, and even then...I don't know, I think food is just one of those things like art...you have to put some of your personality into it to make it come out right.
