I am a college student earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication with an emphasis in Emerging Technology and Multimedia. Cooking and baking are my hobbies. I have taken one cooking class in middle school and two cooking classes in high school. Now that I'm cooking on my own, I am trying to cook easy yet healthy recipes.

I have an obession with cookbooks. When I go to yard sales and flea markets, I head straight towards the books. My collection has 201 cookbooks and magazines plus numerous binders full of recipes and is still growing. If anyone wants to send me a cookbook, leave me a message.
