about me

I'm Assistant Manager at a local bank, although I went to college for Animal Center Management, because I wanted to work in a zoo. That didn't work out....... I have been an Animal Control Officer, full time mom, and owner of a pet shop, in that order, before I decided to work in the banking field. When I married, I couldn't cook, and decided I'd better learn, because eating out of a box was not for me. I LOVE to cook!!! And I'm so glad I found this web site, although I do have to say, it's rather addicting.......My husband kind of rolls his eyes when I say I have something new to try, but there isn't a recipe yet that I've tried here that he hasn't enjoyed!!!!!!!!

Favorite Foods:

anything seafood!!!! But I search through all of the reviews, pretty much on a daily basis, and have tried alot of different dishes that I love, other than seafood.
