My Life:After 9 years, I'm headed for divorce. My soon to be ex-husband is about to discover just how miserable life is without my cooking, though I am being nice enough to jot his favorites down so he won't starve to death. So it's about to be just me, the dog, and the rats (no that's not a typo). I work full time, cook constantly, though my grocery bill will be going down considerably, and right now I'm just trying to find a way to fill my time.
I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to post photos of my recipes (I've lost my camera somewhere) and post reviews. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to hear when someone else enjoys my meals!

Favorite Foods:

Tex-Mex is by far my favorite, but the more recipes I try, the more I find I like. And my Beautimous Squims (pictured) will eat just about anything.
