about me

Hi! My name is Elaine. I am still currently in school, but one of my favorite hobbies, along with dancing, is to cook. Ever since I was really young, my mom and I would make everything together, especially cookies, cakes, and all other sweets. My dad always cooked dinners, and has passed down many good tips and wonderful recipes. I work whenever I can as a hostess at a nearby restaurant.

Favorite Foods:

I am most interested in baking. I find that I am much better at baking desserts than making a dinner, although I enjoy doing both! I love making cakes! The whole process is fun; all the way from deciding what wonderful recipe to make, to tasting the cake-batter, all the way to frosting the cake and eating the left over frosting I always attempt to try new and challenging recipes, which is why the recipes I post do not include cake mixes or are a "quick recipe." I take extra time and put extra effort into my food, and in the end it is always worth it.
