I am so glad I found this site! I love it.

I am a healthcare consultant either working from home or traveling four days out of the week, so when I find a quick, DELICIOUS recipe, I am grateful. I love to cook.

I live about a mile from the beach and love it in the summertime.

My favorite cookbook is Romagnoli's Table. Some of the recipes are complex, but it is worth it if you are in the mood to spend some time cooking.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are Italian, Mexican, and Indian. My favorite dish to cook has become ngibsonn's Salsa Chicken. I am famous for my broccoli casserole. My favorite restaurants are Indian ones because I cannot make an Indian dish at home that is as good!
