about me

I grew up in Nova Scotia, which is on the east coast of Canada, but I currently live in Toronto, Ontario. I love to cook and bake but I don't do it for a living; I'm a Registered Massage Therapist. Cooking is just a hobby.

Favorite Foods:

I find it difficult to define a specific favourite food, because I love so many foods! My cravings change week-to-week depending on my mood and the weather. In the winter I generally want comfort foods like baked pastas or mashed potatoes; in the summer I want light flavourful salads and small finger foods.

I do try to eat healthy all year round, although I admit to sometimes indulging a little too much in chocolate or white pasta. Ahh well, we all have our faults!
