about me

I am a student at North Carolina University majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Business Management and Art & Design (...hopefully).

I'm famous for baking with whole wheat flour. I made a whole wheat cake once that was dense and tasteless, but I attribute it to the fact I used Splenda. However I have made whole wheat cookies with smart balance that were delicious and nutritious.

My favorite show is Jon and Kate plus Eight, even though I have sworn never to have children (maybe that's the appeal).

I like long walks on the beach and kissing babies (minus the sand and babies).

Meatloaf, Whole Wheat Biscotti with Coffee and a touch of Stevia, Dark Chocolate
