I probably enjoy cooking more than almost anything...which is probably why I adore this site so much!! Nothing makes me more happy than to create a meal for family and friends to share together and ENJOY.

I really, REALLY enjoy Recipe-zaar and have gotten alot of great recipes from all of the wonderful members. I've met so many nice folks on here (Angela, you know who you are!! LOL), and I must say, that my passion for cooking has grown even bigger since I've become a member! : >

Favorite Foods:

Sushi, Mexican, Indian, Thai, and Italian are some of my favorite kinds. I prefer to make things from scratch, and try to use organic ingredients and fresh produce when my budget allows! I also have a weakness (or obsession?!?) for ANYTHING hot and spicy. Love, love, LOVE my collection of hot sauces!! ; > However, I do have to really watch when I cook for others that I don't BLOW their heads off with my fondness for crushed red pepper, cayenne or red chili.

I am a vegetarian who LOVES to cook vegan. I find it an amazing challenge. I don't eat ANY meat (steak, pork, chicken or turkey), and 99.9% of the time I do not eat milk, cheese or eggs. BUT, there is one "carnivore" in my life that I ADORE cooking for, (Lauren, that's you kiddo....LOL) so, I tend to enjoy ALL recipes, whether I can eat them or not! ; >
