about me

I am from the piney woods of East Texas and work as an Executive Assistant at our local Hospital. I am a single working mom of three girls ages 22, 21 and 17. I enjoy cooking and love new recipes; however I work two jobs and don't have the time to cook as much as I would like. I enjoy trying new recipes for parties and holidays for my friends and family. Cooking is a joy for me when I get to do it. I collect cookbooks, I especially love one that I have from my aunt's church; she died a few years ago and I think it is great that I have a few of her recipes to enjoy.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook would be chicken spaghetti. I am famous for my broccoi salad, i have to make it for all the office parties. My favorite restaurant is a Meican restaurant we have in my hometown of Longview, Texas called Tele's
