Hello! Thanks for visiting my page! I am a wife to my wonderful husband and a stay at home mom to my 3 year old son! We recently lived in Japan for a little over a year but are now back in the states. We absolutely loved it over there and can't wait to get back and visit. Besides staying home with my son, I volunteer at a local crisis pregnancy center and I absolutely love it! I love food! I love cooking it, eating it, watching people make it on TV.... Our family tries to eat as organically as possible. We also do not eat much sugar.I am very much against any kind of artificial sweetener. Splenda annoys me.

Favorite Foods:

I love Japanese food--obviously! I also love Mexican and Italian food. I will try anything at least once (which was tested many times in Japan!). My favorite restaurant is this little ramen shop in our city in Japan. It's the best ramen and gyooza ever! I love baking, so I bake and give it away to others!
