I love gardening and looking for recipes on the internet. Finding healthy recipes to cook for my family is something I like to do. I love cooking lasagna and making tasty salads. Salmon is one of my favorite healthy foods. I have a gluten sensitivity and enjoy trying new recipes that are gluten-free. I don't really have a favorite cookbook, but I do love collecting recipes of all different kinds. I am thankful to have found RecipeZaar. Cooking and trying other people's recipes helps me to be a better chef and that is why I love RecipeZaar. It is also a lot of fun to meet people from all over the world who are such great cooks! It is my goal to be a healthy and exercised individual. I desire to honor the Lord Jesus, sharing his love with others. We have 8 children. I now home school 5 children. Three have already graduated from our home school. Two of those have graduated from college. We all enjoy cooking or eating. Keep the great ideas and recipes coming!

Favorite Foods:

Salads, salmon, grilled chicken and veggies. Italian, Mexican, oriental cooking and of course American are all my favorites.
