I am a mother of four and a wife of ten years. I am originally from Mechanic Falls, ME but husband and I were in the military, we now reside in Hanceville, Al. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I love to cook for other people and to watch them take the first bite. The expression on their faces always makes me smile.

Favorite Foods:

First and formost I love to bake...anything. My husband and children love my chocolate cake, cheesecakes and many cookies. My husband and I love to cook our meals together when he has time. If I had to choose one dish that my family loves that I cook, I would have to say it would be my homemade raviolli stuffed with riccota, spinich, herbs and country ham. Topped with my cajun seasoned alfredo sauce.
